On February 15, 2024, a Cooperation Agreement for 2024 was signed between the State personal data protection agency  under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and the OSCE Program Office in Bishkek.

Within this agreement it is envisaged expert support in the development of normative legal acts, raising awareness of the population in the field of personal data protection and optimization of the "Register of personal data holders".

At the meeting, the Director of the Agency, Adyl Sydygaliev, spoke about the results of the work and measures undertaken by the state to create a system of personal data protection and expressed hope for further fruitful cooperation.

The Head of the OSCE Program Office in Bishkek, Ambassador Alexey Rogov expressed the extensive support of the Agency in the activities for the protection of personal data and digital rights of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic.
