The Agency's management recently held a meeting with international experts on personal data protection: Johanna Jarvinen (Finland), Tatiana Guvina (Italy) and the permanent Adviser on Twinning, Tynis Miae (Estonia).

During the meeting, the interim results of the Twinning project on the component “Personal data protection in the Kyrgyz Republic” and the prospects for activities in 2023 were discussed.

The result of the initiative was an agreement on combining the potential and efforts in the direction of personal data protection.

The Twinning project is "Support for Digitalization in Kyrgyzstan". The project is implemented within the framework of bilateral cooperation between the Kyrgyz Republic and a consortium of EU member states - Estonia (eGA), Finland (HAUS) and Italy (CSI-Piemonte).
