About the Training Center of the State Personal Data Protection Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic

In order to increase knowledge in the field of personal information, digital hygiene, cybersecurity basics, as well as the level of digital skills of state civil servants, municipal employees, employees of holders (holders) of personal data arrays and the population, in accordance with Articles 13, 17 of the Constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic The Republic decides:

1. Establish a Training center of the State Personal Data Protection Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic (hereinafter referred to as the Training Center).

2. Approve the Regulations on the Training Center in accordance with Annex 1.

3. Make the following amendment to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the State Personal Data Protection Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" dated December 22, 2021 No. 325:

The management scheme of the State Personal Data Protection Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, approved by the above resolution, should be set out in the wording in accordance with Annex 2 to this resolution.

4. The State Personal Data Protection Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic to take the necessary measures arising from this resolution.

5. The Training Center should start developing methods and educational programs, forming a staff, obtaining a license and taking other measures arising from this resolution.

6. The Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic to assist the Training Center in conducting the licensing procedure.

7. Control over the execution of this resolution shall be entrusted to the Department of control over the execution of decisions of the President and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Presidential Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic.

8. This resolution comes into force after seven days from the date of official publication.
